Rip Current Caught In A Rip Triple IPA

This 11.2% ABV hop monster is both the strongest and most hoppy beer we've made to date. It leads with a big citrus nose and quickly turns to a massive citrus and fruity flavors that lingers thru the mid-palate until the dry and bitter finish. Good luck looking for the light bread character in the mid palate, i'm sure its there somewhere! This beer is for the serious hop lovers so we didn't hold back on the hops at any part of the process. We dry hopped for 3 weeks with 4 additions! The 140+ IBUs will remind you its a *Triple* IPA but the dry finish with light warming is more like a traditional West Coast-Style IPA. You could drink pints of this beer but beware as you'll be caught in our rip!
