Adaptation Ale is a rotating, limited release IPA that allows our brewers to experiment and explore the creative side of our favorite style, IPA. Released 4 times per year in small batches only, every release will be unique.

An easy-going, simple malt profile of 2-Row Barley and Flaked Oats and Wheat provides a clean canvas for Southern Hemisphere hop varieties to shine. Rakau, Waimea, Motueka and Galaxy hops are blended to bring out nuanced and complex aromas and flavors of lemon peel, passionfruit, pineapple and wildflowers in contrast to the explosive citrus and pine of their Pacific Northwest counterparts.

Grains/Adjuncts: Flaked Oats, Pale Malt 2-row, Flaked Wheat
