Black in color with a thick white head and aromas of chocolate, roasted coffee and spice. 11 different malts are used for complexity, originality and richness in the brew. Flaked oats, cocoa powder from an in house chocolate maker and lactose added give a sweet chocolate flavor and rich mouthfeel to the beer. The addition of salts to the water aid in a fuller body.
