In celebration of another year gone by, we have pulled out all the stops. We mixed it up with this brew and got our hands on some hops that the brewers have been wanting for some time. This Citra forward IPA is carried along with the use of Simcoe and Mosaic and paired with a malt bill that lends to a balanced body and sweetness to allow the hop aromas shine. By keeping the bitterness at bay, the aroma and spicy hop flavors are left to dance their way through the pint glass. Come celebrate 29 years with us and to many, many more.
