Part of Santa Fe's Everchanging Series, the Belgian strong ale is a robust, yeast-forward beer brewed in the tradition of the Trappist monks. Brewed with German pilsner malt, white wheat and Belgian Special B malt, the Belgian strong ale is augmented with a large dose of Belgian dark candi sugar and fermented with a unique Abbey yeast that produces a rich bouquet of fruity and spicy character.
