Scorched Earth French Merchant

At Scorched Earth Brewing, we employed time tested brewing techniques including step mashing and fermenting the beer in an open fermentation vessel, something unique to our area, to help develop a rich tapestry of aromas and flavors including citrus/fruit, spice, floral, black pepper and clove. A dry, thirst-quenching beer with high carbonation, French Merchant delights the senses and screams “summertime in a glass.”
