Sometimes your Sweetie Pie can be such a tart, salty, son-of-a…well you know where I’m going here. Here’s a sour beer we hope you both can enjoy, no matter what moods you’re in – a Strawberry Rhubarb Gose. Delicate, fresh-cut strawberry aromas tickle the senses after the initial pour. Tart, rhubarb mingles with flavors of light strawberry, pie crust, and lacto sourness. Pink Himalayan salt adds salinity to the beer’s finish, drawing you back into the glass. Strawberries from Heider’s Berry Farm in Woodstock, and rhubarb grown from a family garden in Marengo were used to craft this sour beer.
