We took our wheat beer & gave it a twist. Borrowing from an old German tradition, this Berliner-style Weisse gets its soft, lemony tartness from lactobacillus in the brew kettle, and Nelson Sauvin & Hallertau Blanc hops lend tones of white grape. Clean, refreshing, and built for warmer weather.
