We brewed this IPA specifically for those that are endlessly searching for unique hop flavor and aromatic expression. Intensely aromatic, Shatter Cone features a bouquet of strawberry, stonefruit, melon, and citrus. The palate is bright, crisp, and acidic with a punch of clean bitterness which gives way to a lemon/orange and concord grape profile overlaid on a neutral malt canvas.
Hops: Belma, Hallertau Blanc, Idaho 7
Grains/Adjuncts: Golden Promise, Premium English Caramalt
Other Ingredients: Flaked Barley
