Glutenous Maximus is a luxurious high alcohol wheat beer made with local orange blossom honey. It is more than just a barelywine, this somewhat recently created style gets it's soft, fluffy mouth feel from the large portion of malted white wheat. A strong layer of bready, wheaty flavors and aromas are complimented with notes from caramel malts, honey and a lengthy boil. This truly American, golden hued, strong ale is balanced with notes of tropical hops and a light alcohol presence that is clean, yet complex.
