Bavarian-style unfiltered wheat beer remains lightly cloudy from unsettled yeast and wheat lipids that are suspended in the beer. Highly effervescent with a big fruity aroma of bananas and clove with a slight background of bubblegum, nutmeg and cooked apples. It is acceptable to garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass to drop on top of the frothy head.
