This fruit salad of a DIPA includes Azzaca, eukenaut, loral, El Dorado, Taiheke and Huell Melon. We lowered the bitterness and added some oats, making this more of a hybrid East/west DIPA. Big notes of tropical fruit, key lime and citrus front load this fruit forward DIPA.
