Greg's Gamble #3 Nordic Scream is a hard apple cider fermented with Kveik, a Norwegian farmhouse strain of yeast. This yeast is known for fermenting super dry while leaving strong stone fruit characteristics. Apricot and peach skin dominate this beverage - it's all from the yeast! Aged with French oak.
