Sometimes the reception for small batches are so positive that we build upon popular brews to create future ones. Our first release of the Imperial Stout was a huge hit, with the use of local coffee and Hadean Roth’s Cold Brew Drip Tower in order to make a smooth, non-bitter coffee Stout, so the following week we incorporated a different type of coffee to display subtle variances in the outcomes of the beers. The stout remains a favorite and will only gain in popularity as winter closes in on the South.
