TECHNIQUE Double Pale Ale uses groundbreaking experimental hops & methods to give you a great hop aroma and depth. Our techniques and hops bring out a world of smooth forest, citrus, berry fruit, and a very, very special honey-peachy-caramel like earthiness you've had nowhere else. One-of-a-kind equipment stews hops in a 170* portion of the finished beer and uses an ultrahigh secondary dry-hopping fermentation pressure of 60 psi with 3 yeast strains....that is a partial glimpse of the unique methods in Technique DPA.
