Version 1.0 of a pale ale in development for our year round lineup, brewed with North American-grown Euro Pils malt and Simcoe and Saphir hops. Very pale in the glass. Herbal aroma with lime and earthiness. Up front bittering tangled with woody and grassy hops, mellowing to soft malt.
