We looked south of the (Arkansas) border for inspiration on this brew! Requested by the Cajun/Creole restaurants in town that feature us on tap, this release is only available leading up to Fat Tuesday. Based on our biere de garde recipe but made to a more sessionable strength, the beer is rooted in age-old European traditions much like the festivities of Mardi Gras itself. Enjoy this one with your krewe eating crawfish, gumbo & jambalaya while watching the parades! Special Release. OG 1048, IBU 20, ABV 5%

Hops: Saaz, Warrior, Saaz

Grains/Adjuncts: Pilsen, Victory, CaraVienne, CaraPils

Yeast: Trappist Ale
