The classic style from Vienna gets the classic barrel souring treatment from Flanders! This adaptation of our flag ship Amadeus Vienna Lager spent a year in a Rocktown Rye Whiskey barrel inoculated with Brett, Pedio & Lacto, three microscopic allies used by brewers to bring out a uniquely sour flavor in beers. This wild and wonderful experiment brings out very tart flavors not present in the original; try a vertical pairing with its non-soured brother and see what we mean!. Barrel Aged Release. OG 1051, IBU 24, ABV 5%
