A traditional Belgian Witbier. What and Oats in the malt bill give it a smoother mouthfeel and some haze. Light bittering with Noble Saaz hops in the aroma provide earthy notes. This fermentation is allowed to freerise up to main temp. This mixed with a traditional late boil addition of bitter orange peels and fresh ground coriander combine nicely for our award winning Wit.
