This 1000 year old German wheat beer style has been resurrected at Ten Pin. Gose is a very tart ale brewed with coriander and Himalayan pink salt. The combination of sour, salty, and herbal flavors creates a powerful impact in a light, refreshing beer. This beer is typically salted to taste by the drinker, and a shot of sweet raspberry or woodruff syrup is occasionally added to mellow the tartness.
