Strike is our spring seasonal that is a modern take on the IPA style. This beer is bursting with tropical flavors and aromas, including coconut, tangerine, mango, and guava. We double dry hopped this beer with Sabro, Wakatu, Lotus (formerly Exp. #06297), and Mosaic hops. Brumalt was used in the malt bill to give a little complexity and hints of peach and apricot aromas.
