The Falcon & The Otter gets its name from a single malt-single hop billing. A session IPA at 4.7% ABV.
We used English Maris Otter malt to give this a medium body that would showcase the Falconer's Flight hop blend. Named posthumously for Glen Hay Falconer, a pioneer in West Coast brewing styles, this blend combines many signature West Coast hop varieties. Floral fruit, citrus and lemon nose, medium biscuit malt body, grassy notes and a smooth finish . A light drinking, crushable ale.
