a la Mode is inspired by Mom's traditional peach cobbler recipe served with vanilla ice cream. A toasty crusty base beer with an added 140 lbs of heirloom nectarines from Masumoto Farms. To enhance these flavors we added hints of nutmeg and cinnamon with a generous helping of vanilla.
