We worked with Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters to create a light roast coffee that would accent, but not over power the banana flavors of our Hefeweizen. We then took fifty, yes fifty pounds of that coffee and said "how are going to possibly cold brew this much coffee!?" Well, we figured it out.
