Named after the last remaining covered bridge in Wisconsin which lies only a mile from our brewery. This traditional straw colored ale is cold fermented to make it smooth and clean. The subtle sweetness of this beer is balanced with a very light hop character. An easy drinking beer that’s not trying to be anything but approachable and delicious.
