As the weather gets cooler we like our beers darker and more malty. The fraternal twin to our Hefeweizen, this traditional German-Style Dunkelweizen uses a combination of barley, wheat and Hefeweizen yeast to impart flavors and aroma of banana and clove, but with a caramel sweetness. Enjoy this seasonal ale during fall and winter.
