When we all decided to do a collab we wanted to keep the recipe as down-home, pickleback, jukebox, pool table, lager as possible. We brewed this beer with old school high country barley, flaked rice, old world hops and water from the cool mountain streams of Mecklenburg. Because if you have to be dedicated to something be dedicated to the beaver!
