This IPA has a smooth clean bitterness from an addition of Columbus hops. Amarillo and Simcoe hops are added as late additions. Amarillo adds a perception of tangerine sweetness which compliments the citrus-like character of Simcoe. We then generously dry hop with both Amarillo and Simcoe.
