Tomahawk lager is brewed with 100% Wisconsin barley and hops grown in Germany. Tomahawk has a deep straw color, full body flavor, and nice hop finish. Tomahawk is slow brewed with Greman lager yeast for 25 days then transferred to the aging vessel for 40 days at 38 degrees were it naturally clears and carbonates. From there it is kegged and sellered an additional30 days before leaving the brewery.
