Fugu is Inspired by beach days on the Connecticut coast, a perfect wooded New England hike, and catching just the right wave right after sunrise. Immensely aromatic and complexly hoppy for its crushable nature, Fugu combines a carefully selected combination of American hops (Citra, Cashmere & El Dorado). Flavors of earthy citrus, papaya, grapefruit, and a subtle note of watermelon all swirl on the pallet with a finishing pop of appropriate bitterness.
