Twisted Manzanita Tinfoil Hat

An intricately hopped India Pale Lager brewed with complexity and drinkability in mind. Our brewers sought to design a well nuanced beer that displays layers of juicy hop aromas and flavors and clean malt character. Fermented at cool temperatures, the late additions of Amarillo and EI Dorado hops display brilliance and support subtle usage of malted rye and light Munich malt. Dry-hopped with a blend of Australian Galaxy and EI Dorado, the finished beer is dripping with aromas of fresh grass, melon, strawberry, and orange-creamsicle. A soft, but firm bitterness highlights the spicy rye notes and clean fermentation profile. At 6.04 ABV and 60 IBU, we want you to enjoy this beer at its peak freshness. So we are putting it on tap the moment it has been kegged. Beginning Friday, December 25th, "The RIPL Effect" will be available on draft at Twisted Manzanita Ales (10151 Prospect Ave, Santee) and San Diego Brewing Company (10450 Friars Road, San Diego).
