Las Reinas Amargas is an unfiltered cider with that characteristic volatile acidity of a Spanish-style cider and a smooth oak character in the finish. This cider is made with bittersweet apples including Kingston Black, Harry Master's, Porter's Perfection, Stokes Red, and Dabinett. It was barrel-aged in neutral French oak.
