The Howling Dingo Golden Sour is a wild fermented, sour golden ale with Sauvignon Blanc soaked oak staves. This collaboration brew with 1912 Brewing from Tucson, was dry-hopped with Hallertaur Blanc and Citra hops for a bright, wine-like flavor. Pineapple notes dominate the aroma while the finish is reminiscent of wine grape must.
