Our K-9 Kölsch is a Traditional German style that is light and easy drinking. We decided to switch it up a bit and use American Sterling hops. Don't worry, the hops are light and take a back seat to the crisp, cracker-like finish from a touch of Munich malt. This beer is supremely crushable.
