The Rubidus Red Ale is a salute to a local culinary secret, the Candy Cap mushroom. We harvest these little gems by hand from the hills around the Bay Area and use their inherent maple flavor and aroma along with a hit of maple sugar to produce a Red Saison of uncommon depth and complexity. It will also leave you smelling like maple sugar for the next few days.
