The showcase of our Smokefest beers, this is a smoked, 2 row barley based beer smoked in Cherry, Hickory, Alder and Bourbon barrel oak. Starting with heavy scent of a BBQ, the first taste of charred oak wood mellows out through Cherry and Hickory then finishing with the softer Alder flavor. Sweetness will remind you of single malt spirits, but the smoke allows for sipping slowly and enjoying this subtle tones of the beer Hop additions: Chinook.
