A modern interpretation of the Mexican Cerveza, using toasted flaked corn to not only lighten the body, but also suggest a hint of sweetness. An addition of Vienna malts and German hops improves the complexity and hints at the historic forebearer of cerveza, the Vienna lager. What results is a highly drinkable pale lager.
