Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Smoked Porter. Keepsake is an imperial version of our opening day Smoked Porter. Brewed with Pecan Smoked malt from Corsair Distillery in Nashville, TN then aged in Heaven Hill Distilleries bourbon barrels since June. A hint of campfire from the Pecan Smoked malt pairs with sweet notes of vanilla from the time in bourbon barrels to combine for a rich, flavorful finish.
Grain Bill: 2-Row, Munich, Corsair Pecan Smoked, Chocolate, Victory, and Crystal 30-37L. Hops: Columbus. Aging: Heaven Hill Distilleries bourbon barrels.
