Our collaboration with Caribou Coffee to celebrate the life of Amy, their original coffee roaster. We decided to make a different kind of coffee beer! This brilliant gold beer looks like a “yellow beer” but it is everything but. 8 pounds of coffee was cold steeped in the beer and then blended with chocolate to create this mind bending beer. A unique blend of hops were modeled to pair with the nutty, fruity character of this delicious coffee. Enjoy the coffee aromas, chocolate flavors and thirst quenching dry finish. $2 of every growler go to Cancer research. Cheers!
