This Vanilla Bourbon Oatmeal Stout has a nice tan foamy head, with a black as night body. Great aromas of vanilla, roasted coffee, and toffee from the usage of dark roasted malts. The Madagascar vanilla beans are soaked in bourbon before being added after fermentation to give balance.
