Fan favorite Aumoe Black Rye IPA aged in a fresh oak Kohana Rum Barrel from Manuele Distillers. Subtle oak accentuates the dark and hoppy IPA nicely while coconut notes come through in the nose. A slight barrel refermentation from natural flora brought a gentle acidity to this beer which nicely ties the flavors of oak and IPA together.
