This Russian Imperial Stout was conditioned in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for 4 months. This is a limited release to celebrate our first year participating in San Francisco Beer Week & the opening of our taproom in Albany. It pulls the Buffalo Trace trademark of spice and toffee on the nose, has a robust finish from the Imperial Stout, with hints of dark chocolate and oak.
