BIG BAD BELGIAN (or Tripel B)
this beautiful, fruity Belgian-style Tripel comes in at 9% abv and 27 IBU. We've put most of the batch in chardonnay barrels to age with some peaches and passionfruit, but this base beer is FANTASTIC on its own and we have a little bit we're releasing in the Tasting Room.
Food Pairing: Paired with the Maytag Blue on our cheese plate
