Number five in the well-received “Single Hop” IPA series utilizes only Citra hops in the kettle, whirlpool, and fermenter for dry-hopping. We use only Northwest Pale Ale Malt to showcase the characteristics of the Citra hop resulting in strong citrus and tropical notes including grapefruit, lime and passion fruit. Citra is one of today’s most popular hops and we wanted to give it the honor it was due!
