Featuring Patagonia Malting Co.’s ‘Especial’ malt and Weyermann’s ‘Carared’ malt, this Cask ale was brewed to resemble a traditional Irish Red Ale. Dr. Rudi and Mandarina Bavaria hops meld with these specialty malts to create a very easy going ale with notes of pine, biscuits and tobacco.
