Unfiltered Weiss beer is a Bavarian tradition. Ours is a GABF gold and silver medal winner that’s immensely refreshing and authentic with classic Weiss aromas of clove and banana. The yeast variety dates back to the original bought back to Colorado by John Hickenlooper himself.
