Double Barrel Aged Wild Old Ale13.7% ABV
Lost & Profound is our double barrel-aged wild old ale; a one of a kind beer over four years in the making. Aged for two years in a freshly emptied Cab Franc wine barrel with California dates, wild yeast and bacteria; this beer was then cold conditioned in stainless steel for a year and reinoculated with our mixed culture before spending the last 14 months in a Kentucky Bourbon Barrel. This limited offering is bottled still and best served at room temperature.
