Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Casa Agria Specialty Ales, this wild ale was inoculated overnight with native yeast and bacteria in our coolship before undergoing open fermentation with a blend of Saison and Brettanomyces yeast. This unique blend of microflora, combined with patient maturation and continued evolution in bottle, results in a distinctly complex and nuanced beer; from us to you, we present Native Ghosts.
