Stone Hearted began as a fusion of our two American White Oak foeders: a blend comprised of a Brett Saison & golden sour ale, both aged for 1 year. This blend was then refermented for 3 months on top of local Blenheim Apricots from B&R Farms in Hollister, CA. The resulting beer bursts with bright sweet-tart apricot, vanilla oak, rich acidity, and long finish.
