Our Brewmaster trained and brewed in Berlin, but as a NW American, he still loves his hops. Of all the Pilsner substyles, the one brewed in Northern Germany is the driest and crispest with a great hop character. Brewed according to the German Purity Law of 1516, we use German malts, hops and yeast. Herkules and Hersbrucker hops provide the spicy and snappy hop flavor and aroma.
